Salesforce Implementer

We're looking for a hands-on Salesforce Implementer to join the company's Business Applications team. Solutions are already defined - this is a build-only role: you'll implement, configure, and automate business processes in Salesforce and supporting tools, and provide day-to-day operational support to users. You'll work as an individual contributor on a team of five implementers.
 

What You'll Do:

• Implement and configure already-defined solutions in Salesforce: objects, fields, layouts, profiles, permissions, and declarative automation (Flows, validation rules)
• Build and maintain automations between business applications
• Support users on day-to-day tasks, including data fixes and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with the in-house team on requirements that are already defined, keeping stakeholders informed on progress
• Ensure best practices in database management and data quality

• Support Sales tools and business applications globally
   

  Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce implementer
• Salesforce automation: Flows, validation rules, declarative development 
• Salesforce data management: data fixes, Data Loader, reports, and dashboards 
• Integration fundamentals: APIs, webhooks, syncing data between business applications, 
• n8n / Make.com, Workat, /iPaaS, webhooks
• Experience with NetSuite, Outreach, HubSpot 
• Apex DML, trigger behavior, SOQL
• CRM concepts
