Senior Visual Designer (Project-Based)

The convenience of our interfaces allows you to quickly and easily place the necessary information, and animation makes them intuitive and exciting to use. We're looking for a Senior Visual (Web or UI/UX) Designer to work with us on a project basis, helping us create visually engaging, user-friendly, and high-quality digital experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Analysis of business requirements for design;
- Communication and collaboration with project stakeholders;
- Conducting the discovery phase (competitor analysis, personas, etc.);
- Creating wireframes of varying levels of detail;
- Development of creative concepts for websites;
- Development of creative concepts for products (web and mobile);
- Creation of UI kits/design systems;
- Adaptation of design layouts for different breakpoints;
- Preparation of layouts for developers and handover to production;
- Communication and interaction with developers;
- Communication and collaboration with art director/lead and project manager;
- Processing and incorporating client feedback;
- Processing and incorporating feedback from the art director/lead.
 

Requirements:
- You have 5+ years of commercial experience;
- You are proficient in Figma at a 100% level. It is our primary working tool, and you must master and know it flawlessly;
- Working with auto layout and components is not a problem for you. You use them extensively in your work;
- You have a basic understanding of HTML and CSS syntax;
- You have a general understanding of how various web technologies work, such as JS, Three.js, WebGL, React;
- You have a high level of skill in working with composition and grids on the web;
- You have a strong ability to work with color and a fundamental understanding of color theory principles;
- You possess a solid understanding of basic UX patterns in web design and heuristics;
- Strong software skills and excellent communication abilities are developed in you. You have experience working in a team;
- You can articulate and present your solutions. It is not a problem for you to explain what you did and why;
- You can receive and process feedback from both art directors/leads and clients effectively.
