You'll lead the technical architecture, provide guidance to development teams, define best-practice solutions, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver a scalable ServiceNow implementation. This is a largely remote role with only occasional travel to the Netherlands for key workshops. Key Requirements: - Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Lead or Architect - Strong hands-on expertise with TMT and Service Order Management (SOM) - Experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions - Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills - Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems - Fluent English
