About the role
NORTHLANE is looking for several Spotters for data center projects in Gävle and Sandviken.
As a Spotter, you will contribute to a safe and well-organized working environment. You will work on the project site, observe ongoing activities, and identify potential risks or deviations.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor safety on the project site.
- Identify and report risks and deviations.
- Communicate clearly with work teams and contractors.
- Help ensure that instructions and safety procedures are followed.
- Contribute to a safe and well-organized working environment.
The role involves extended periods of standing and walking.
We are looking for someone who
- Can communicate in English at work, both verbally and in writing.
- Is able to arrange reliable transport to and from the workplace, as public transport is not available.
- Can follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Works well with others.
- Is observant, responsible, and punctual.
- Has the physical ability required to carry out the work.
Desirable but not required
- Previous experience in construction, industry, project-based work, or safety-related roles.
- Swedish language skills are not required.
Employment conditions
- Project-based fixed-term employment.
- Work locations: Gävle and Sandviken.
- The work is mainly carried out during the daytime, but evening and weekend work may occur.
