Technical & Product Performance Support Officer

• SHV Family - Overview Technical & Product Performance Support Officer - Permanent - Nutreco - Aquaculture - Marketing - Oceania - Australia About the Role Reporting to the Technical Manager - Salmonids and working closely with the Product Manager - LifeStart & Prawn , you will support salmonid customers while assisting with product lifecycle activities, R&D delivery, and commercial initiatives. You will act as an important link between customers and internal teams, ensuring customer needs, technical requirements, and product performance activities are effectively supported. Key Responsibilities Customer Account Support - Support customer account plans and routine customer engagements. - Assist with technical sampling and data collection activities. - Prepare customer reports and performance summaries. - Help maintain strong customer relationships through responsive and professional support. - Support delivery of contractual commitments and customer outcomes. Product Development & R&D Support - Assist with the planning and execution of R&D trials. - Support implementation of new products and product improvements. - Maintain product documentation and technical records. - Contribute to product lifecycle management activities and innovation projects. Data Analysis & Reporting - Analyse fish performance, trial, and production data. - Prepare accurate reports and technical summaries. - Provide insights to support customer, technical, and commercial decision-making. - Support internal and external stakeholders with data-driven recommendations. Market Intelligence & Commercial Support - Monitor industry trends and competitor activity. - Gather customer forecasts and market insights. - Support commercial teams with relevant technical and market information. - Contribute to initiatives that strengthen customer intimacy and business performance.
