If you are too, let's talk.</p></div><p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a visionary, strategic, and highly technical VP of Product for Identity Management to lead two of our fastest-growing and most critical strategic pillars: <strong>Okta Identity Governance (OIG) and Okta Privileged Access (OPA).</strong></p> <p>As the VP of Product, you will own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our modern Workforce Identity Cloud governance and privileged access solutions. You will lead a high-performing team of product managers, collaborating closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to redefine how enterprises manage identity lifecycle, compliance, and high-risk access in a cloud-first world.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Product Vision & Strategy:</strong> Define and execute the multi-year product strategy for OIG and OPA. Position Okta as the dominant leader in unified Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).</li> <li><strong>Team Leadership:</strong> Recruit, mentor, and inspire a world-class team of Product Managers. Foster a culture of high ownership, accountability, and user-centric design.</li> <li><strong>Execution & Delivery:</strong> Work hand-in-hand with Engineering leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and intuitive enterprise-grade products.
