As a Welding Coordinator in Alkmaar, you will work 40 hours a week, ensuring the highest welding quality in the production of stainless steel hoses, flow systems, and skids, all in compliance with ISO 3834-2 standards. This role is both challenging and varied, as you collaborate with different teams and serve as the go-to person for welding technical inquiries. Your day begins with a team meeting, followed by checking ongoing welding projects. You will set up procedures, perform quality controls, and provide advice to colleagues. Additionally, you will train employees and work closely with suppliers and external inspectors. No two days are the same!
