Bookings
How do bookings work?
Clients message you directly via your profile. You agree on terms, schedule, and price together. The platform doesn't mediate the transaction , you handle payment your way.
Is there a booking guarantee?
We verify profiles and provide trust signals (completed bookings, ratings, response time), but the platform doesn't hold funds. For high-trust transactions, we recommend escrow services like Escrow.com.
What if there's a dispute?
See /refunds-disputes. Mediation available for Premium and above.
Account
How do I sign up?
Click "Join as Talent" or "Hire" in the top nav. Email + password. Verification within 24 hours.
Can I have multiple profiles?
One personal profile per user. Agency profiles can roster multiple talents under one account.
Is my data safe?
Yes. GDPR + CCPA compliant. See /privacy for full details. Delete your account anytime via /data-deletion.
