Responsibilities • Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude. • Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently while delivering an exceptional guest experience. • Handle reservations, room allocations, and guest requests accurately. • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. • Respond to guest enquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner. • Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts. • Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. • Contribute to achieving guest satisfaction targets and departmental objectives. Essential Requirements • A passion for hospitality and guest service. • Excellent communication skills in English. • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Positive, professional, and proactive attitude. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Requirements • Previous experience in a hotel front office, reception, customer service, or hospitality role. • Experience working with hotel reservation or property management systems. • Dutch language skills are an advantage. • Additional foreign language skills are highly desirable.
