🚀 Junior / Intermediate Recruiter (Sourcer)
We are looking for an active and organized Recruiter / Sourcer to join our team, take charge of the initial candidate sourcing lifecycle, and help us attract top talent.
- Work Location: 100% Remote
- Employment Type: Full-time
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Job Posting & Management: Draft engaging job descriptions and publish them across key platforms (job boards, Telegram channels, social media, specialized talent platforms).
- Candidate Sourcing: Actively search for relevant candidates through candidate databases, LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, GitHub, and alternative sourcing channels.
- Resume Screening: Review and screen resumes/profiles against position requirements.
- Initial Outreach & Engagement: Conduct initial communications with candidates, assess motivation, and coordinate next interview stages.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate candidate statuses and update records in the ATS system.
🎯 Requirements:
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and modern sourcing channels.
- Active sourcing skills (Boolean Search and X-ray search techniques are a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a candidate-first approach.
- High attention to detail, self-discipline, and strong time-management skills for remote work.
- Quick learner with a strong desire to grow in the recruitment field.
