We're looking for a Senior Recruiter who knows how to close hard-to-fill positions - and we hire only A-players. That means our recruiter needs to read people deeply: who the strong players are, what motivates them, and what separates a good candidate from a truly exceptional one.
You'll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to close some of the most competitive roles in the market - often the kind of profiles others would call "unicorns."
What You'll Do
- Own the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer accepted - across roles like Email Marketing Managers, Broadcast & Monetisation Managers, Creative PMs, Designers, CQ/QA, and more.
- Lead role intake calls with hiring managers - ask the right questions, surface the real "must-haves" vs. "nice-to-haves," and translate fuzzy requirements into a sharp ideal candidate profile.
- Source proactively - LinkedIn, niche communities, competitor mapping, talent pools, referrals. We expect outbound, not job-board-and-pray.
- Pre-screen with strong judgment - assess not just skills and experience, but culture fit and A-player signals (ownership, drive, communication, ambition).
- Run a clean process - keep our ATS (People Force) up to date, communicate proactively with candidates, and deliver a great candidate experience even when the answer is no.
- Calibrate continuously - debrief after interviews, share what's working, refine the profile, and help hiring managers sharpen their own evaluation lens.
- Partner with the internal recruitment team to share market insights, balance workload across roles, and cover for each other on domain stretch areas.
What We're Looking For
Must-have
- 3+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience.
- Demonstrated ability to close hard-to-fill positions - you can point to specific senior or "unicorn" hires you've personally sourced and closed.
- Excellent ability to spot the difference between someone who looks great on paper and someone who will actually deliver and fit the culture.
- Confident stakeholder management - you push back when a brief is unrealistic, ask sharp questions, and bring data and market reality into the conversation.
Fluent written and spoken English - for candidate outreach, interviews, and internal collaboration.
Strong plus
- Background recruiting in marketing, creative, affiliate, ESP/email marketing, compliance, or digital media roles - a real advantage given a large share of our hiring sits in this space.
Strong market map of the marketing/creative talent landscape - you know the relevant companies, the strong teams, and where to fish for each profile.
Nice-to-have
- Familiarity with People Force or similar ATS platforms.
Exposure to international hiring across multiple time zones.
Who You Are
- You genuinely enjoy hunting for talent - sourcing isn't a chore, it's the part you actually like.
- You have strong taste and high standards - you instinctively raise the bar rather than lower it under pressure to close.
- You're proactive and self-driven - once you understand the role, you go.
- You're a great listener - to hiring managers, candidates, and feedback.
- You care about the long game: building a pipeline, maintaining relationships with strong candidates even when there's no role for them yet.
You're comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift weekly.
What We Offer
- Direct collaboration with founders / leadership and hiring managers who care about hiring well.
- Multinational and intercultural experience
- Corporate library (for those who're Warsaw-based)
- Growth opportunities
- Cutting-edge frameworks and technologies
- Competitive salary
- Common team activities (football, basketball, tennis, board games, and more)
- 21 paid vacation days & 14 paid sick leaves
- Work-life balance
- Cozy office in Warsaw available for you whenever you need it
- Coffee, tea, sweets, fruits, and more snacks
If you've personally closed senior roles in competitive markets - and you know the difference between "good" and "A-player" when you see it - we'd love to talk.
