Overview
Film Student Film: Casting "Highs and Lows," a student film. Logline: Sammy, a young child who is inseparable from their teddy bear, is diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and struggles to adjust to life with a chronic illness. As time goes on, Sammy learns to accept their diagnosis at the cost of maintaining their carefree spirit. The writer-director has T1D and is making the film as a final for an NYU film class.
