Requirements:

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
• Experience in the gambling industry;
• Client-oriented mindset, empathy;
• Previous language practice at work (both verbal and written);
• Understanding of sales.
   

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with clients via email, chat, and phone (in the future);
• Diligent management of the CRM system;
• Providing high-quality service and transferring potential clients to the retention team;
• Meeting assigned plans and targets;
• Constantly improving expertise (we have a coach who is always happy to help).
