We’re looking for an Affiliate Manager to grow and manage affiliate partnerships in the dating vertical. The role focuses on recruiting affiliates, optimizing performance, and building long-term, profitable relationships.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new affiliates (CPA / CPL)
- Manage and develop existing affiliate partnerships
- Negotiate deal terms and optimize cooperation for ROI
- Monitor traffic quality, volumes, and key performance metrics
- Analyze affiliate performance and campaign results
- Control commissions, budgets, and payouts
- Ensure timely payments and accurate reporting
- Work closely with marketing and media buying teams
Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager
- Experience in Dating (adult)
- Understanding models of monetization
- Experience with Tier-1 / Tier-2 GEOs
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience with tracking systems (S2S, postbacks, APIs)
- Confident with analytics and reporting
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Nice to have:
- Existing affiliate partner network
- Experience with traffic quality control
- Participation in affiliate events or communities
