We are looking for a BizDev (Providers Manager) to drive the development and scaling of our payment provider network. This is a key role with a direct impact on the stability of our payment infrastructure, the launch of new payment directions, and the company's ability to scale products quickly.

You will be responsible for identifying new payment partners, leading negotiations, coordinating integration and compliance processes, analyzing partnership performance, and ensuring the seamless operation of our payment solutions.

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Payments, FinTech, PSP, Processing, or related industries.
  • Solid understanding of payment infrastructure, payment flows, pricing models, and transaction economics.
  • Hands-on experience working with payment providers.
  • Basic understanding of API integrations.
  • Experience in risk assessment and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience managing contracts, compliance procedures, and partner onboarding processes.
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.

     

Nice to Have

  • Experience with international payment solutions.
  • Understanding of card processing, BIN structures, and international payment schemes.
  • Experience launching new payment directions or expanding into new GEOs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new payment providers.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and partnership models.
  • Build and maintain an up-to-date database of payment partners.
  • Monitor the market, competitors, and emerging payment solutions.
  • Assess the efficiency, risks, and business value of new integrations.
  • Prioritize provider integrations based on business needs.
  • Coordinate compliance, onboarding, and integration processes for new partners.
  • Work closely with the legal team on contracts and partnership terms.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with payment providers regarding operational and technical matters.
  • Ensure payment tariffs, documentation, and partnership terms remain accurate and up to date.
  • Analyze financial, operational, technical, and regulatory risks.
  • Initiate backup solutions and provider replacements when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain the payment infrastructure roadmap and integration plan.
  • Prepare regular reports and analytics on provider performance and overall payment efficiency.
