CFO/COO

We are looking for an experienced CFO  to lead finance and operations activities in our company, distributed legally and geographically. We operate in USA, UK, EU and Ukraine. Most of our clients are based in the United States, so you must have a very good command of English. We consider only candidates having 5+ years experience in similar positions.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead accounting across the US, UK, Ukraine, and other international entities.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Own global tax planning and compliance.
• Design and maintain the international corporate and tax structure.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Own management reporting and financial analysis.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, and liquidity.
• Optimize working capital.
• Analyze resource allocation across the business.
• Monitor project profitability and margin performance.
• Drive cost control initiatives.
• Establish and track financial and operational KPIs.
• Oversee legal operations and corporate compliance.
• Manage contracts and corporate governance processes.
• Lead the finance, accounting, and legal teams.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal partners.
• Build scalable financial and operational processes.
• Drive process automation and operational efficiency.
• Partner with the CEO on company strategy and business growth.
