Cybersecurity Network  Engineer

Location: Poland , Kraków or Warszawa | 2 x per week from office

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Netwrok Engineer to join a global cybersecurity team. In this role, you will act as a technical expert responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing solutions related to internet content filtering and secure remote access.

You will provide subject matter expertise, technical leadership, and project delivery support, helping to strengthen network security controls across a large, complex organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Review business and IT initiatives to ensure network security requirements are met
• Design and implement solutions in areas such as:

  • Proxy technologies (on-premise and SaaS / SASE)

  • Remote access solutions (VPN, VDI, ZTNA)
• Identify security risks and control gaps, and recommend improvements
• Analyze network and security data (e.g., logs) to support decision-making
• Lead and deliver cybersecurity projects end-to-end
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams and stakeholders
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical leadership to team members
• Represent Network Security in complex, large-scale initiatives
