Required skills:
• 7+ years of proven experience as Delivery Manager/Technical Project Manager/Delivery Director
• Technical background (Developer/BA/QA)
• Experience in application development or elsewhere in SDLC
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Strong understanding of different software development methodologies
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional, and distributed teams
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to structure processes
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Experience working with multi-national teams across time zones

Responsibilities:
• Work in the management team as a full member of the team
• Work within the Agile environment to assist with the planning, management, and execution of application development and ensure meeting committed timelines
• Lead Agile (Scrum) teams to deliver high-quality software on schedule
• Monitor team performance, delivery metrics, and project progress
• Develop and implement standards for the development, deployment and delivery processes
• Ensures the consistency of delivery processes through collaboration with Product, Account Management and PMO departments
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (Carriers, Vendors, Partners)
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership on delivery status, risks, and decisions
• Demonstrate leadership abilities with the resolving critical production incidents, develop and implement mitigation plans for them
• This role requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability - the ability to see the big picture while diving deep into delivery details when needed
