Our dispatcher team is the heart of daily operations. Now we are looking for a focused, calm, and responsible Team Lead Dispatchers to join us.

This is a leadership role, but it is also a hands-on operational position. You will not only coordinate the work of other dispatchers, but also be directly involved in daily dispatch operations: selecting trucks for orders, assigning field staff teams to jobs, coordinating crews, and making sure every order is properly covered and executed. This role requires a high level of responsibility, strong attention to detail, and the ability to make quick, independent decisions in dynamic situations.

Conditions & Requirements

  • Remote job: You need a laptop or PC with two monitors, stable internet, and a headset.
  • Salary: $2200 during trial period (3 months), then $2400 + bonuses.
  • Schedule : 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (15:00 - 01:00 Kyiv time), Monday to Saturday (usually 2 days off per week). Lunch break: 30 minutes (flexible).
  • English level: B2+ - you must understand clients and give calm and clear answers when something changes.
  • Training and support from the team.
  • Work in CRM and other modern tools.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

This is not just about managing people. As a Team Lead Dispatchers, you will be the pulse of daily operations: coordinating the dispatcher team, participating in dispatch planning, managing complex situations, and ensuring high service quality.

Your day (or evening) may look like this:

  • Planning and coordinating the dispatcher team’s workflow: assigning tasks based on dispatcher workload, strengths, and current operational priorities.
  • Participating in daily dispatch operations: selecting trucks for orders, assigning field staff teams to jobs, and making sure each order has the right crew and vehicle.
  • Distributing field staff teams across orders based on schedule, location, job complexity, availability, and operational needs.
  • Monitoring whether orders are properly covered: team assigned, truck assigned, notes updated, and all key details checked.
  • Supporting dispatchers during busy hours, complex jobs, delays, changes, or unexpected situations.
  • Monitoring task completion and quality of service.
  • Adapting and training new dispatchers: giving instructions, explaining processes, providing feedback, and supporting their growth.
  • Participating in creating and documenting processes that are missing or need improvement.
  • Maintaining constant communication with dispatchers and other departments: Sales, Customer Support, HR, drivers, and field staff.
  • Resolving non-standard situations: vehicle breakdowns, delays, staffing shortages, schedule changes, client issues, or team replacements.
  • Updating CRM and reports: tracking orders, comments, payments, fines, tolls, vehicle maintenance alerts, and other operational details.
  • Suggesting process improvements to increase speed, structure, and quality of operations.
  • Supporting team morale: motivating, praising, and helping colleagues during peak hours.

This role is a great fit if you:

  • Can combine leadership with hands-on operational work.
  • Can manage multiple tasks and keep the team organized.
  • Stay calm under pressure and think clearly.
  • Take responsibility for team results, not just your own tasks.
  • Understand that dispatching is about speed, accuracy, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Can delegate tasks effectively and provide constructive feedback.
  • Support new team members and share knowledge practically.
  • Can resolve conflicts without escalation, balancing client and company interests.
  • Are ready to be actively involved in daily operations, not only supervise from the side.

If you have recognised yourself and are ready for a new challenge, we are waiting just for you!
