Domain Support Specialist

We are looking for a Domain Abuse & Compliance Specialist to help manage abuse-related processes, domain operations, and communication with infrastructure providers.

 

What You'll Do

  • Handle abuse complaints, including DMCA, copyright, trademark, and other related requests.
  • Communicate with domain registrars, hosting providers, CDNs, and other platforms.
  • Manage cases from initial review through resolution.
  • Monitor domain status, reputation, and potential risks.
  • Investigate issues, blocks, complaints, and takedown requests.
  • Recommend and implement measures to reduce the risk of future complaints and restrictions.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and internal tracking systems.
  • Identify opportunities to automate routine workflows and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency.


What We're Looking For

  • Understanding of domain infrastructure, including DNS, WHOIS, registrars, hosting providers, and CDNs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation.
  • Persistence and creativity when dealing with complex or unusual situations.
  • Experience using AI tools as part of your daily workflow and automating repetitive tasks.
  • Good written English for working with policies, documentation, and professional correspondence.


Nice to Have

  • Experience working in Abuse, Compliance, Trust & Safety, or related teams.
  • Experience with registrars, hosting providers, CDNs, cybersecurity, or infrastructure-related companies.
  • Hands-on experience handling DMCA notices, copyright claims, trademark disputes, or other abuse-related processes.
  • Understanding of SEO, affiliate marketing, or digital publishing environments.
