Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day engineering operation
- Manage 6 engineering teams
- Project vision and leadership
- Manage hands-on technical escalations
- Manage infrastructure (reliability, uptime etc)
- Interface business teams in London
- Drive quality, efficiency, technical excellence
You will be joining a well-versed team if you have:
- +5 years of experience as Head of Engineering
- Experience in handling a high-complexity SaaS products
- Experience in managing teams with over 20 engineers
- Strong hands-on technical background
- Strong architectural experience
- Started career as a software engineer
- Degree in Computer Science
