Head of Product

Head of Product - iGaming

HugeWin is looking for a Head of Product who will take full ownership of the product and help bring the platform to a strong Tier-1 iGaming level.

The product is currently in an active growth and transformation stage. We already have traffic and an established user base, but we need a strong product leader who can improve deposit conversion, build an effective retention system, and scale the product across key GEOs.

This role offers a high level of ownership and direct influence on business results.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy

• Develop and execute the product strategy for casino and sportsbook.
• Define product positioning and key growth drivers.
• Own and prioritize the product roadmap using a growth-driven approach.
• Identify product limitations, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Align product priorities with business goals and revenue targets.

Conversion and Monetization

• Optimize the key stages of the user funnel:
  • sign-up to deposit;
  • deposit to bet.
• Improve payment UX and deposit success rates.
• Develop bonus logic and personalized offers.
• Work closely with analytics and marketing teams to test hypotheses that affect conversion and monetization.
• Identify and remove friction points across the deposit journey.

Retention and Engagement

• Develop and launch retention and engagement mechanics, including:
  • missions;
  • streaks;
  • VIP programs;
  • leaderboards;
  • gamification;
  • CRM mechanics.
• Improve D1 and D7 retention.
• Analyze user behavior and identify key churn drivers.
• Build mechanics that increase repeat deposits and user reactivation.

GEO Expansion and Localization

• Develop and scale the product across at least three GEOs.
• Localize payment methods, content, communication, and UX.
• Adapt game ordering, casino lobbies, and product offers to each market.
• Analyze local user behavior, competitors, and market-specific product expectations.

Team and Delivery
