We’re hiring a senior, hands-on IT Operations Specialist to help us run and automate a fleet of Windows computers in small, distributed networks (remote sites, limited bandwidth, mixed hardware). You’ll keep endpoints stable, fast to deploy, easy to recover, and easy to support - so downtime is rare and never “mysterious”.
This is a highly practical role focused on provisioning and hardening Windows devices, controlling patching, building repeatable deployment and recovery processes, monitoring system health, owning incidents end‑to‑end, and continuously improving the toolchain through automation and clear documentation.
This is a hybrid role, you must be able to get on-site within 60 minutes of Bydgoszcz when needed (hardware swaps, urgent recovery, site work).
