Responsibilities:
- Ongoing development of an app platform based on Kotlin Multiplatform.
- Design and development of modern platform and UI components using Kotlin Multiplatform and Compose Multiplatform.
- Technical consultancy, documentation and support for product teams building on the platform.
- Development of innovative technical concepts in close collaboration with product owners and UX.
- Definition of technical requirements for platform components, build processes and automated tests.
- Contributing to architectural decisions whilst taking the overarching platform strategy into account.
- Assisting with effort estimates and the technical planning of development activities
Skills (Requirements): !!!
- A degree in a STEM subject or an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience.
- Several years’ experience in software architecture and mobile application development.
- Very good knowledge of Kotlin and, ideally, practical experience with Kotlin Multiplatform and Compose Multiplatform.
- Experience with cross-platform architectures and modern mobile development concepts.
- Proficiency in using Android Studio, IntelliJ, Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with dependency injection, unit testing and test automation.
- Knowledge of agile development methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, team-oriented approach to work.
- A passion for sharing knowledge and establishing best practices for software quality within the team
