About the Role
We're looking for someone who can find and qualify leads on Upwork - or is eager to learn - and who enjoys working with numbers and metrics. You'll help identify the right opportunities for our ideal customer profiles and keep our pipeline organized and well-tracked.
Location: Preferably Lviv
Responsibilities:
- Search for and qualify leads on Upwork across multiple ICPs (ideal customer profiles).
- Monitor the platform and track new projects and requests as they come in.
- Manage the pipeline in the CRM: segmentation and basic reporting.
- Monitor Upwork's algorithm and optimize the profile weekly in response.
- Keep track of platform updates and changes.
- Prepare and manage communication ahead of intro calls.
Requirements:
- Experience with Upwork - basic is fine, as long as you understand how the platform works.
- An analytical mindset: you enjoy numbers and tracking results.
- English - B1+ level.
- Comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day work.
Nice to Have:
- Understanding of the IT market.
- Experience with CRM tools (pipeline management, segmentation, reporting).
