Middle Android Manual Test Engineer (US time zone)

Job Description

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Android Manual Testing.
• Strong understanding of Android application architecture and mobile testing methodologies.
• Experience with test case design, execution, defect reporting, and regression testing.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and API testing.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (Jira, Xray, TestRail, or similar).
• Knowledge of Agile software development practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams.
• Automation testing experience is considered a plus but is not mandatory.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute manual testing of Android mobile applications.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test cases and test documentation.
• Identify, document, and track software defects.
• Work closely with developers and product teams to validate new features.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Validate bug fixes and ensure release quality.
• Collaborate with globally distributed engineering teams.

We are looking for a Mid-level Android Manual Test Engineer to join our mobile engineering team developing medical-grade Android applications. You will help ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of mobile solutions used across international markets while working closely with engineering teams in the USA, Mexico, and Europe.
