Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational workflows and cross-departmental communication to drive efficiency
- Monitor key performance indicators and proactively flag and resolve performance issues
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes and contract administration
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports, dashboards and presentations
- Support process improvement initiatives and project delivery
- Assist management with budget tracking, resource planning and scheduling
Requirements
- 3+ years of operations coordination or business operations experience
- Proficient in project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make recommendations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Self-directed and able to manage multiple workstreams in a remote environment
