We are currently launching a new SMS direction and looking for an SSPs Manager who will help scale and maintain our provider infrastructure.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain relationships with SMS providers
• Onboard new providers and manage ongoing communication
• Resolve operational issues, disputes, and escalations
• Negotiate pricing, limits, and commercial terms
• Register and maintain US phone numbers across providers
• Coordinate closely with Compliance, Operations, and Marketing teams
• Maintain clear tracking of providers, registrations, and workflows
• Expand overall SMS sending capacity and provider diversification

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in partnerships, bizdev, affiliate marketing, telecom, SMS, or related operational environments
• Strong spoken and written English for daily communication with US partners
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and conversations simultaneously
• High level of ownership and self-management
• Structured and organized approach to work
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
• Background in sales, affiliate marketing, bizdev, telecom, or performance marketing is a strong advantage

During Your First Months

• Learn the US SMS ecosystem and internal operational workflows
• Take ownership of existing provider relationships
• Source and onboard new providers
• Register new phone numbers across multiple providers
• Build a transparent and scalable operational workflow
