🚀 We're Hiring: Product Manager - AI Construction OS

We're building an AI-powered construction platform that connects LiDAR scans, drone scans, 360° site capture, BIM/plans, schedules, Gantt charts, workforce data, task management, billing, and productivity analytics into one working system.

The goal: turn real site data into tasks, progress tracking, billing, and measurable productivity improvement.

This is not a standard SaaS product role. We need someone who understands AI, construction workflows, reality capture, data, field operations, and product execution - and can connect all of them.

What You'll Own:
→ Define and own the product roadmap
→ Build detailed PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
→ Translate construction-site reality into clear product requirements
→ Work closely with engineering, AI, computer vision, data, and field teams
→ Design AI workflows for scan analysis, progress tracking, task generation, anomaly detection, and productivity insights
→ Understand and work with LiDAR, point clouds, drones, BIM/IFC, 360° capture, and construction schedules
→ Lead MVP execution from concept to field deployment
→ Research and benchmark global products - OpenSpace, Buildots, Doxel, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, DroneDeploy, PlanRadar
→ Build product flows for managers, site teams, subcontractors, finance teams, and executives
→ Connect progress tracking to billing, workforce productivity, and ROI

Must-Haves:
✅ 4+ years of product management experience
✅ Strong understanding of AI products, LLMs, computer vision, automation, and data pipelines
✅ Experience with B2B SaaS, construction tech, proptech, robotics, drones, BIM, or industrial software
✅ Ability to work across multiple domains - product, AI, engineering, construction operations, finance, and UX
✅ Strong analytical thinking
✅ Excellent English
✅ Ability to write sharp, detailed product specs
✅ Hands-on mindset - willing to go to construction sites, talk to workers, understand the field, and turn chaos into product logic

Big Advantage:
⭐ Experience with AI agents, computer vision, 3D data, point clouds, LiDAR, drone mapping, BIM/IFC, or digital twins
⭐ Background in construction, infrastructure, real estate development, or field operations
⭐ Experience from OpenSpace, Buildots, Doxel, Autodesk, Procore, DroneDeploy, PlanRadar, Matterport, or similar companies
⭐ Technical background or ability to work closely with engineers without needing everything explained slowly

Someone who can look at a LiDAR scan, a Gantt chart, a construction plan, a workforce report, and a billing sheet - and understand how they all connect.
