Product Owner (iGaming Platform)

We are looking for a hands-on Product Owner with proven experience launching and developing iGaming brands.

The role requires strong product ownership, commercial thinking, and the ability to prepare clear and detailed requirements for development. You will turn business goals into product initiatives and measurable improvements.

The ideal candidate understands the full player journey and can use data to improve conversion, retention, revenue, and user experience.
 

Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritize the product roadmap based on business goals, user needs, and performance data.
  • Support the launch of new brands, markets, features, and integrations.
  • Translate business objectives into clear development requirements, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Analyze the player journey from registration and verification to deposits, activity, retention, and withdrawals.
  • Define, monitor, and improve key product metrics, including registration conversion, first-time deposits, deposit success rate, retention, GGR, NGR, ARPU, LTV, bonus efficiency, engagement, and churn.
  • Identify funnel issues, product gaps, and growth opportunities using data and stakeholder feedback.
  • Own and maintain the backlog, ensuring tasks are clear, prioritized, and ready for development.
  • Lead discovery, backlog refinement, and post-release analysis.
  • Make informed decisions on priorities, scope, trade-offs, and timelines.
     

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience launching at least one iGaming brand or entering a new market.
  • Strong understanding of the player lifecycle and commercial model.
  • Hands-on experience working with product and business metrics.
  • Ability to independently prepare clear and detailed requirements for development.
  • Experience writing product requirements, specifications, user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
  • Good understanding of key iGaming areas, including player accounts, payments, KYC, bonuses, CRM, games, providers, and back-office operations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Sufficient technical understanding to work with APIs, integrations, data flows, and system dependencies.
  • Experience with Jira, YouTrack, Confluence, Miro, or similar tools.
