Description

FutureMedia is a remote-first team building and scaling high-impact digital products across SaaS, AI-powered solutions, and consumer web and mobile applications.

We operate a portfolio of high-traffic B2C subscription products in the US market, where each Business Unit functions as an independent P&L with dedicated product, growth, and engineering teams.

We move fast, think analytically, and focus on building scalable growth systems that drive measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • 3+ years as Product Owner / Product Manager on a web product with real users and revenue
  • Deep hands-on use of AI tools in your daily work: specs, planning, reporting, routine. Not optional for us
  • Proven experience automating routine: task creation, planning, status tracking, reporting
  • Strong Jira: you build the boards and processes, not just move tickets
  • You write your own specs: short, clear, with acceptance criteria a dev or QA can follow without questions
  • You understand how subscription web businesses work and how product decisions affect money
  • You speak the same language as developers, designers, analysts and marketers
  • Data-driven: you pull the numbers and defend priorities with evidence
  • Direct and reliable: you say "this will slip" before it slips

Responsibilities

  • Own the backlog and daily, weekly and monthly planning. You always know the status of every task
  • Be accountable for the engineering and product design teams: planned, unblocked, delivered on time
  • Coordinate with analytics, marketing and operations so nothing falls between teams
  • Write clear, structured tasks: why, what exactly is needed, and how we know it's done
  • Keep the workflow smooth: no delays, no stuck tickets, no surprises. Flag risks early
  • Runs daily and weekly planning and reporting and automate them instead of doing them by hand
  • Work directly with the Head of Business Unit on our quarterly goals
  • Prioritise with data, not opinions.

Nice to have

  • Experience building AI agents to automate your own or the team's work.
  • Experience with an international, distributed team.
  • Experience taking a product from launch to scale.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experiment-driven roadmaps.

Working conditions

  • Competitive compensation
  • Remote-first culture with flexible working hours
  • 22 paid vacation days + local national holidays
  • Opportunity to shape the excellence across a growing engineering organisation
  • Modern stack, scalable products, and meaningful technical challenges
