Codebridge is looking for a proactive, structured, and detail-oriented Project Manager who will drive the planning and delivery of software development projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth execution within scope and timelines for international clients in fintech, healthcare, and e-learning domains across the EU and US markets.
Responsibilities:
- Work within the Agile (Scrum) methodology to assist with the planning, management, and execution of application development or UI/UX projects
- Develop and implement standards for the development and release management process
- Assist with the coordination of release and sprint planning
- Clarify and analyze requirements (requirements documentation, user story, task preparation)
- Help product owner with prioritization and managing of backlog
- Participating in roadmap development, its execution control
- Take responsibility and tailor the best solution in terms of scope
Requirements:
- Experience of work as PM/BA not less than 1 year
- Strong expertise in Software Development Life Cycle
- Working experience with SCRUM methodology
- Technical background is mandatory
- Ownership approach and problem-solving skills
- Attentiveness to details and analytical thinking
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- English - Upper-Intermediate or higher
