We’re currently looking for a talented React Engineer to join our team and collaborate with our US-based client - a leading provider of home warranty plans in the real estate market.
Working hours: typically aligned with US operations, finishing around 6:00 PM CEST.
Right now, we work on two customer-facing platforms within the home warranty domain:
- Appliance Portal - a dual-interface platform supporting both internal agents and end customers.
- The Agent module enables service agents to manage dispatches from the Service Fulfillment Queue, identify eligible replacement options, and send tailored appliance replacement offers to customers.
- The Member module allows customers to review and select appliances from the received offers. Customers can choose a device at no cost or upgrade to a higher-value option by paying the price difference.
- MyAccount Portal -a self-service platform that allows customers to manage their home warranty plans. Key features include updating contact and payment details, paying outstanding invoices, renewing contracts, and submitting service requests.
