Your role

About the Role

TrueLoyal is looking for an experienced full-stack engineer to join our team. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit and embrace change then you are just what we are in search of! We use React, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, OpenSearch, Redis, Amazon Timestream and a whole lot more.

What You’ll Do

  • Work across the full stack depending on where you can drive the highest impact: back-end, front-end as well as testing and cloud infrastructure
  • Work with the team to design and implement features and services
  • Mentor and drive quality and reliability from the get go
  • Break complex goals into simple and iterative deliverables
  • Commit to high-speed iterations, high code quality, and continuous improvement via agile processes
  • Ensure long-term quality, scalability, maintainability and security of our codebase
  • Treat operations with a mission critical mindset, and support the live system in production, including outside of regular business hours
