We are looking for an engineer who treats AI as a strategic partner in the software development process. Your expertise should include:
- Agentic Workflows & Tool Chaining: Ability to design and build custom AI agent chains to automate complex engineering workflows, from multi-step technical research to generating validated architectural blueprints.
- Advanced Research & Technical Analysis: Proficiency in using LLMs for rapid analysis of complex Qt/C++ documentation and technical specifications.
- AI-Driven Code Generation: Hands-on experience in generating QML boilerplate, complex UI components, and C++ business logic using modern AI assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
- Intelligent Debugging & Refactoring: Leveraging AI to analyze logs, detect memory leaks, and suggest performance optimizations for high-stakes HMI interfaces.
- Strategic Prompt Engineering: Mastery of high-context prompting to elicit secure, production-ready code that aligns with established architectural patterns.
