Senior Payment Manager

We are looking for a Senior Payment Manager to own our payment strategy end-to-end - building resilient infrastructure, maximizing approval rates, and controlling risk across LatAm (Colombia and Mexico).

This role is a great fit if you:

• Have at least 3 years of experience specifically in iGaming/gambling
• Have hands-on experience with technical PSP integration (API), routing configuration, and orchestration - this requires applied technical expertise
• Have experience independently managing the contracting process with PSPs, including KYC/KYB procedures
• Have a proven track record of increasing approval rates at a previous job
• Have in-depth knowledge of local payment methods, provider rates, and market benchmarks for approval rates in LatAm
• Have experience in commercial negotiations with PSPs (improving rate terms)

What we expect from you during our collaboration:
 

1) Integrations - Technical onboarding of PSPs:

• PSP integration (LatAm)
• Testing payment methods, configuring routing and orchestration across multiple providers
• Optimizing existing integrations (DF flow / redirect flow for specific cardholders and issuers)
• Analysis and comparison of rates/fees for local payment methods
• Selection of the optimal payment method for different player segments (by issuing bank, deposit amount, payment history) to maximize the user approval rate

2) Legal onboarding of PSPs:

• Formalization of the partnership through contracts, completion of KYC/KYB
• Negotiations with providers, improving partnership terms
• Search for new PSP partners in LatAm markets

3) Payment operations efficiency:

• Monitoring and optimization of payment conversion (approval rate, market benchmarks)
• Continuous monitoring of payment processing, prompt resolution of technical issues
• Analysis of competitors’ payment methods and terms

4) Strategy and Revenue Growth:

• Defining a payment strategy as part of overall growth (impact on revenue, LTV)
• Tracking key metrics (approval rate, withdrawal success rate, chargeback rate) and improving them based on data
• Optimizing the deposit funnel: retry and cascading (automatic redirection to a backup PSP if the primary one fails)
