The Role & Our Philosophy
We are looking for an SEO Specialist with an Entrepreneurial Mindset. We need a Middle+/Senior expert who is ready to be "hands-on" at every stage: from deep competitor analysis and coding tasks to site deployment and AI pipeline configuration. You are the owner of the result, evaluating SEO success not just by rankings, but by business growth and bottom-line impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End SEO Management: Take full responsibility for project promotion in Tier-1 markets.
- Technical Execution: Independently deploy WordPress sites, handle basic coding tasks, and perform comprehensive technical audits.
- Research & Strategy: Conduct deep competitor analysis, identify growth opportunities, and rigorously test SEO hypotheses.
- Content & AI: Develop content strategies, including hands-on generation and refinement of copy using OpenAI/Claude, and maintain strict quality control of search results.
- Link Building: Design link-building strategies, source high-quality donors, and manage link equity distribution.
- Analytics: Monitor performance via GA4 and Google Search Console with a sharp focus on ROI and conversion rates.
Our Expectations:
- Experience: 2+ years in the iGaming niche (mandatory) with a portfolio of verified successful cases from the past year. We are also open to candidates from other high-competition niches (Crypto, Essay, etc.).
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: The ability to make independent decisions, justify strategies, and take full accountability for outcomes.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and WordPress.
- AI-Native: Proven experience using OpenAI, Claude, and other AI tools to automate SEO workflows.
- Hands-on Approach: A willingness to dive deep into the details (code, copy, settings) rather than just delegating tasks.
