Automation is used to streamline routine tasks, reduce human error, and enable rapid response to incidents. The area supports proactive maintenance, capacity planning, and the alignment of IT operations with business objectives. This area also includes Application Performance Monitoring (APM) base setup and management with Dynatrace.
