We are looking for a System Analyst to join our Software Engineering team and take ownership of requirements engineering across projects.
This will be the first dedicated System Analyst role in the company, giving you a real opportunity to shape how we approach requirements, system analysis, and collaboration between business, engineering, and clients.
You will work at the intersection of commercial, technical, and delivery teams - translating mission needs into structured, high-quality requirements that drive successful project execution. We are looking for someone who is comfortable operating end-to-end: from early-stage tender analysis, through requirements definition and validation, to maintaining consistency and traceability during delivery.
