We're looking for a Tech Lead for a fullstack product development team in the gambling domain. The role combines hands-on development (back + front) with technical leadership of the team.
Requirements
- 6+ years of commercial development experience, including 1.5-2+ years in a Tech Lead / Team Lead role
- Mandatory experience in gambling/iGaming products
- Strong expertise in Node.js (backend) + React (frontend) - full-cycle fullstack development
- Experience designing system architecture (microservices, API design)
- Experience with TypeScript across the stack
- Experience mentoring and providing technical leadership (code review, technical decisions, roadmap)
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes
- Understanding of high-load and real-time system requirements (WebSocket)
Experience working with stakeholders (product, QA, DevOps)
Responsibilities
- Technical leadership of the fullstack development team
- Design solution architecture on both back- and frontend
- Hands-on development in Node.js/React
- Code review, mentoring, and growing the team's technical skills
- Collaborate with the product team and other stakeholders
- Assess technical risks and participate in planning
