We are looking for a Trainee Marketing Manager who is eager to start a career in marketing and grow together with our team. In this role, you will support marketing initiatives, participate in content creation, conduct market research, and learn how B2B marketing works in the IT industry. If you are curious, proactive, and excited to develop new skills, we'd love to meet you.

 

This is for you if you have:

  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills;
  • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher (written);
  • Creativity, initiative, and a willingness to learn and propose new ideas;
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills;
  • Ability to manage several tasks and prioritize effectively;
  • Analytical thinking and an interest in working with data;
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team;
  • Interest in digital marketing, B2B marketing, and the IT industry.

 

What you will do:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities;
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns;
  • Help manage the company's social media presence by creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with the audience;
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, website content, and other promotional materials;
  • Monitor marketing campaign performance and help prepare reports with key insights;
  • Collaborate with different teams to support marketing initiatives;
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team when needed;
  • Learn marketing tools and best practices with the guidance of experienced colleagues.

 

Will be an advantage:

  • Completed marketing courses, certifications, or relevant university projects;
  • Personal projects related to marketing, social media, content creation, blogging, or student organizations;
  • Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, SMM, or digital advertising;
  • Experience using Canva, Figma, or other graphic design tools;
  • Confident use of Google Docs, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
